As almost at all times with my initiatives, the first stop was once paint.

This time I used an extremely matte conclude to check the material I chose for the task. I am smitten all over again with Rust-Oleum!
After the paint dried, I trimmed the fabric piece to suit the tray.
Turning the fabric upside down and marking it with a pencil made handy work of getting the distinct size.
