The first element on my craft “Done” listing this month are those lovely decoupaged cork boards that I made for my office. I’ve had all the substances for these strewn approximately in various places and in fact none of them have been offered with the goal of them becoming Decoupaged Cork Message boards. But, right here they are.
These are a so simple craft as a way to take you no time at all but they have lots of impact. On your partitions.
I chose some craft paper that I had striking around that looks like crystals or geodes or marble. The hues and the type of diffused sample are what I cherished.
But, you might like a floral paper. Or a striped napkin. Or some leftover plaid cloth from a stitching mission. That part is definitely as much as you and will make your Cork Message Boards completely particular to you.
your trivet on pinnacle of the lower back side of the paper you selected. If you picked a marbled one like mine, test to see if there may be a particular a part of the paper that you want to make certain is on the cork message board.
#2 Trace the outline of the trivet at the lower back facet of the craft paper.
#3 Cut out the circle.
#four Apply an amazing bunch of mod podge to the trivet and unfold it nicely with the paint brush.
#5 Place the circle you chop out, right side up on pinnacle of the mod podged trivet and easy it down.
#6 Add another layer of mod podge on top of the paper.
#7 Allow to dry.
I stuck my message forums to the wall with a few double sided tape. They are certainly light weight.
I love the blues and greens on my navy blue office walls. Now I simply want to write myself a few messages!
