This is a a laugh and smooth venture for the littles! Not to mention inexpensive 🙂
We’ve been playing a late Fall here with temps nevertheless within the 70’s.Making the maximum of spending time out of doors while we will.
Sticks are continually a magnet with children aren’t they?We decided to do something amusing with them.
Make wind chimes!
sticks, craft paint, keys, wire/string, glue, spray sealer
Definitely a girly one for I and a camo colored for B
I had blue cording reachable so that is what we used. I helped out by tying numerous lengths alongside the lowest of the sticks for the keys and one from the top for striking . I used a drop of amazing glue on each knot to help them stay put, just in case.
The keys have been painted and all were set aside to dry very well. I did spray a sealer on the entirety to keep the colours safe exterior.
Drying is what took the longest time.
All finished and proud of their key wind chimes! Surprises for Mom and Dad
The littles have been so excited to hear them tinkle inside the breeze! I do not assume they simply were given the concept until they heard them make noise. So amusing to look the expressions on their faces!

They looked at each other with stressed feelings, like two obnoxious, oily ostriches chatting at a very popular accident, which had indie music playing in the background and two deranged uncles bouncing to the beat. Then came inside for a nice mug of cocoa.
